“In my research, I unearthed artwork that show a ludicrous level of detail went into the game – detail that never made it into the final product due to the limitations of the target format. The “lost art” referenced in the thread title isn’t meant to describe this content as having been lost and found – it refers to the art details that were lost when the graphics were downconverted to a limited 32-bit console.

The following pieces are the highly-detailed environment art from a selection of Square USA staff. The intense details were eventually downscaled to the 320x240 native resolution of the PlayStation to become pre-rendered in-game backgrounds. As you can see much was lost:”

Guess I’ll just go with Taz…

-Taz is more of a carnivore by far, and Tazramon as a species are pretty good at fishing in rivers like Kingfishers in my head.
- Originally his mouth on his belly as Vjetarmon was his only mouth, but then I decided it’d be rather odd to draw… I had considered doing a joke of Taz speaking muffled confused sounds before realizing his mouth was in a different place.
- Taz is bad at flying because of being young, and even his past self never got to fly at all.
- Taz only knows about Digidestined/tamers from books. As he finally became, he wanted to have someone who would like him and want him around. But in his original incarnation (when I first thought him up.) he would’ve just been using Rei to get stronger and then fix what problems he wanted to fix himself. Really he wasn’t going to care at all about her. I don’t know what’s weirder.
- Taz enjoys forests and greenery because his old home was wasteland and desert country… And he wasn’t able to go outside as much as he wanted.

im so perplexed because events in naruto lately are finally somewhat interesting but also so completely fucking stupid because anytime anybody with uchiha blood opens their mouth its just so goddamn stupid

There has been too much stupid and blood spilled from his actions, and I gave up after he just kinda overturned everything in the series so badly time after time.
Why didn’t he die on the bridge way back as a kid and actually have a somewhat decent character arc? You know… The prodigy- giving his life up for the last in class? Cliche- but it would’ve made a hell of a lot less painful arc than what he’s been doing now and just MAKING SUCH BAD DECISIONS.
I just…. WHY?

And no- the fact he was pushed with a sort of mind controlling juju early on as a kid does not absolve the utter stupid that’s happened in him getting out of it.

When I first saw the pokemon… I will admit it was my least favorite because I couldn’t seem to picture it at all well in my head. Something about how it looked felt so flat and unnapealing. This makes it much more tangible in my head now. I can actually picture it doing things.

Romance is a popular genre, but it’s often handled quite badly. Relationships that would be unhealthy - even abusive - are frequently treated as normal, even desirable. So, here’s a list to help you avoid some common pitfalls.

Make sure the characters have something in common.

Infatuation (AKA “love at first sight”) is great for drawing people together, but it’s not what keeps them together - there will come a point when basking in each others’ beautiful presences just won’t be enough. Make sure your characters have some interests or goals they share - eg, Marie and Pierre Curie shared a passionate love of science and enjoyed working together.

…But don’t make their interests exactly alike.

Make sure your characters have some interests they don’t share, and indeed enjoy doing apart. Having lives that completely revolve around each other is rather unhealthy.

They should act comfortable around each other.

Unless they’re early in their relationship, they should not be afraid to just be themselves, nor worry too much whether they’re saying the “wrong” thing in front of the other. If your characters are practically at the altar, yet one of them is fretting over whether what xe said will go over badly, there’s something wrong.

They should not ignore friends from before.

Sure, new relationships will take up some time, but don’t have your characters completely or almost completely stop hanging out and doing things with old friends.

They should not feel particularly jealous or threatened when the other talks to or hangs around with someone else.

You can probably beat it in around an hour… damn good though. And there are legit reasons for why the game is structured the way it is.
